Rooted in Christ, Committed to Excellence

Saint Joseph Catholic School is a close-knit, faith-centered community where students are truly known and supported. We currently maintain an excellent 12:1 student-to-teacher ratio, allowing for individualized instruction, strong relationships, and careful attention to each child’s academic growth. While some of our grade levels are combined classes, we intentionally use that model as a strength—to uphold high academic standards, foster leadership, and utilize explicit instruction to achieve high levels of success.

Academically, we are proud of the strong growth our students have demonstrated this year (and consistently in the past). See the attached letter. Historically, SJCS routinely scores above state and national averages in both Math and Reading standardized test scores. Ever since its inception twenty years ago, our 3rd grade class generally has a 100% pass rate on the iRead test.

Spiritually, Saint Joseph Catholic School is rooted in daily prayer, weekly Mass, and intentional faith formation. Students encounter Christ not only in religion class every day, but throughout the day—in how they are taught, how they are cared for, and how they are challenged to serve others. Our goal is not only to educate the mind, but to help form the heart.
