After School Care

After School Care is Available

After school care is available to St. Joseph Catholic School students for a monetary fee. We strive to keep the rates to a minimum to make it cost-effective for families while still covering the school’s expenditures to provide the service.

After School Care starts once dismissal is finished: Monday-Thursday at 3 p.m.; Friday at 2 p.m.

Aftercare closes at 5:30 p.m. each day. After 5:30 p.m., an additional fee of $2 per minute is charged for each minute past 5:30 p.m. If students have not been picked up by 6:00 p.m., the Director will call the Corydon Police Department to pick up the child and transport them home.

After School Care Cost

● After Care per day (drop-in rate if not registered) - $20 per student

● After Care per month - $240 per student

Students are expected to follow all school rules during after school care. Out-of-School-Time Staff follows the outlined disciplinary actions as stated in St. Joseph student & family handbook. St. Joseph Catholic School maintains the right to suspend aftercare services to students who continually violate school policy. To allow out-of-school- time services to be provided, it’s imperative to continually pay your account balances to stay below $240 due. If your balance exceeds $240, services will be terminated until your balance is paid in full.

After Care Will Not be Provided on the Following Days

Within the 25-26 school year:

Monday Nov. 24th, Friday Dec. 19th, Friday April 3rd, Friday May 22nd, and any other day School Administration determines.
